Timothy Lee is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience and is now acting as a sole principal within his own practice, mainly involving the valuation of residential property in central London and the Home Counties.
His practice specialises in the following:
- Providing lease extension and enfranchisement advice and appraisals on flats and houses for both leaseholders and freeholders mainly in central London, with subsequent advice and negotiation, and where necessary, acting and appearing as an expert witness on behalf of clients before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
- Provision of expert witness reports and court evidence, including pre-trial expert witness negotiation, on residential property, either jointly appointed or for claimants and defendants in negligence or other forms of litigation including matrimonial valuations, both within the London area and the Home Counties.
- Private valuations and appraisals, taxation and probate valuation advice, and subsequent negotiation with HMRC and the Valuation Office where required.
- Residential Buildings Management.
